Business Continuity Measures – COVID-19

News by David Lestani /

Like our colleagues around the country and the world, Clarita Solutions is monitoring the ever-evolving situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are preparing our contingency plans to ensure the wellbeing of our people and continued delivery of quality services.

No one in our team is considered at risk and we have reviewed our established healthy workplace practices to ensure coverage with the latest health advisories. I am writing to share the details of our approach that may impact your ongoing engagement with our people should the virus have a more direct impact on our businesses.

Ensuring Continuity of Service
We are committed to continuing to work with you while we manage the well-being and health of our respective teams.  We continue to monitor the situation and will respect expert health and travel advice. Should we need to take action in response to the threat or actual exposure to the virus, we will communicate with you promptly regarding how this action will impact you.

Clarita is already well established to support a mobile workforce through the use of technology including remote access, video and web conferencing. Our people are also spread geographically across Australia, providing an additional level of resilience for our support team. Your procedures to report incidents and request support through the Service Desk will remain unchanged.

If Clarita people are working on your site
If our people are working on your site, please make us aware of any specific requirements that would impact the way we work together. This includes the closure of any of your offices or additional requirements or restrictions for visitors to your premises.

Should you have any confirmed cases of Coronavirus or exposure within your business, we ask that you notify us immediately through your Account Manager.

If your people are visiting our office
We ask that any visitors to Clarita’s office observe the recommendations of health professionals to ensure the health of our people and prevent the spread of disease:

  • Please make alternative arrangements if you develop flu-like symptoms, have travelled overseas recently or have had close proximity with a confirmed COVID-19 case;
  • Wash your hands with soap and water, or alcohol-based sanitiser if soap is unavailable. We have all these facilities available in our office; and
  • Cover coughs and sneezes.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Should you have any queries or concerns, please contact me on 1300 884 507 (select Option 3) or email accounts@claritasolutions.com.
